Tater Tot Casserole

This is a family favorite that the kids are always sure to love. It freezes well and is very comforting. It's great for cold winter nights and warms you to the core!

Ingredients
  • 1 large bag of tater tots
  • 1 pound of lean ground beef
  • 1 large can of cream of mushroom soup plus equal part milk
  • 1 can of corn
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Brown ground beef in skillet.
  2. Mix together ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, corn, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture into 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Add a layer of frozen tater tots covering the entire baking dish.
  5. Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
